MOM Authorization

MOM Authorization serves as a robust tool designed for administrators and managers, empowering them with the capability to manage user access to available applications within the system. The authorization framework goes beyond and it grants administrators the authority to limit specific functionalities within the applications for individual users. This level of granularity ensures a tailored and secure user experience, aligning with organizational requirements and enhancing overall system governance.

As the UX Designer behind the MOM Authorization tool, I embarked on a journey to breathe life into a concept from scratch. Every interaction is designed to improve user experience for administrators and managers. From day one, my goal was clear — to create an experience that met user needs.

I dived into the world of user research, engaging with administrators and managers to understand their daily challenges and preferences. Armed with these insights, I crafted wireframes and prototypes that not only promised usability but also painted a picture of aesthetic brilliance.

Collaboration was key. I worked closely with a diverse team, from developers to product managers, to transform design dreams into a fully functional MOM Authorization tool. This wasn’t just about designing a tool; it was about empowering administrators and managers with a seamless interface to manage access and permissions effortlessly.
